Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Trauma Surgical Recovery Professional to join our team in Tower 100 ICU of the Trauma Acute Care Surgical Svc. Center at UK Chandler Hospital. As a TSRP, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to adult patients with trauma or acute care surgical conditions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Delivering direct patient care;
  • Ensuring patient satisfaction;
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive nursing plans of care;
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes;
  • Providing education and training to patients and families.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the nursing process and patient-centered care;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum.
