Key Financial Duties:

Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Directing Commercial Property Management activities.
  • Establishing policies and procedures in collaboration with management.
  • Supervising the daily operations of Residential Property Managers.
  • Stepping in for Residential Property Managers when necessary.
  • Granting approvals for escalated tenant applications.
  • Managing advertising, marketing negotiations, and website content updates.
  • Conducting rent rate analyses and establishing competitive market rates.
  • Recruiting property managers and leasing agents as required.
  • Inspecting properties and coordinating routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Collaborating with maintenance supervisors to address property issues and ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Arranging contracts for ongoing services such as maintenance, landscaping, and security, while managing any disputes with service providers.
  • Addressing and resolving tenant complaints and rental violations.

Compliance Duties:
  • Ensuring adherence to landlord/tenant laws and anti-discrimination regulations.
  • Coordinating with the legal team on eviction processes and related matters.
  • Updating leases and amendments to ensure compliance with current policies.

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in property management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a management role.
