About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Unit Manager to join our team at Saber Healthcare Group. As a Unit Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care is maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty
  • Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules to ensure medications are being administered as ordered and treatments are provided as scheduled
  • Review nurses' notes to ensure they are informative and descriptive of the nursing care being provided
  • Assist the Charge Nurse in monitoring seriously ill residents
Requirements
  • Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
