Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
- Present financial products and services that meet customer goals and objectives
- Work with customers to understand the terms and conditions of their loan and ensure a clear understanding
- Partner with local businesses to identify and develop new customers
- Utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities, to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Sales, collections, or customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual - Spanish a plus
