Family Medicine Physician in Houghton Lake, MI

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team at MidMichigan Community Health Services in Houghton Lake, Michigan. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our team, and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patients' medical histories, lifestyles, and personal preferences.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of an accredited residency program.
- Current state license to practice medicine in Michigan.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex medical data and make informed decisions.
