About This Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Surgical Assistant Lead to join our team of experienced healthcare professionals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our surgical team, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operating room operations.

Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year, based on experience and location.

Job Description:
This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can motivate and inspire our surgical team to deliver exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for mentoring and coaching our team members, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the surgical team, providing expert guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Mentor and coach team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operating room operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a surgical setting, preferably as a First Assistant or Second Assistant.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
