Position Overview:
The Inventory Management Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring that our displays and shelf items are consistently stocked, organized, and well-maintained. Responsibilities include assisting with shipping and receiving tasks, conducting inventory counts, and performing various warehouse duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries as needed.
  • Construct, update, and replenish displays of beer, wine, and spirits.
  • Maintain organized and clean shelves, ensuring they are fully stocked at all times.
  • Efficiently process wine deliveries and assist with shipping and receiving tasks.
  • Verify product placement against shelf tags.
  • Monitor and manage vintage changes, ensuring proper procedures are followed for new arrivals.
  • Keep cold storage areas well-stocked.
  • Perform light cleaning and maintenance duties, including spill cleanup.
  • Conduct inventory counts as requested.
  • Support cashier staff as needed.
  • Maintain front-end supplies as directed.
  • Assist customers with merchandise pickups and carry-outs.
  • Collect shopping carts from the store area.
  • Be vigilant for potential shoplifting incidents.
  • Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and use store ladders safely.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
