Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team at WIS International Inventory Services. As an Inventory Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scan barcodes for current inventory at customer locations to provide accurate inventory information
  • Assist customers in making informed business decisions by providing timely and accurate inventory data
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve inventory management processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, retail, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
