Job Summary

Mountaire Farms is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Healthcare Professional - RN (Bilingual). This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced industrial setting, providing direct care and leadership in the Medical department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, ensuring timely and accurate completion of medical tasks and procedures.
  • Assist with worker's compensation management and regulatory compliance programs, including respiratory, bloodborne pathogens, and hearing screens.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with department leaders, completing annual competencies, continuing education, and maintaining mandatory certifications.
  • Initiate incident investigations and schedule follow-up visits as needed, communicating with Safety and management.
  • Assist with projects as delegated by the Occupational Health Manager, ensuring compliance with drug and alcohol testing programs.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
  • 2+ years' nursing experience, with a preference for emergency, occupational health, urgent care, or other relevant experience.
  • Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) a plus, but not required.
