Job Summary

The Cardiology Ambulatory Nurse-RN provides high-quality patient care in an ambulatory setting. This role requires a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid Indiana Registered Nurse nursing license, CPR certification, and ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for direct and indirect patient care, result management, in-basket management, telephone triage, and patient education. They will also be accountable for delivering quality nursing care, incorporating multiple data sources, and strengthening communication and collaboration.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience in a medical setting, with cardiology experience ideal. They will possess good verbal and written communication skills, medical terminology, and pharmacology background. Basic knowledge of cardiac rhythms is preferred. Essential computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records are also recommended.
