Banquet Houseperson

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Banquet Houseperson to join our team at the Minneapolis Marriott Southwest. As a Banquet Houseperson, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of events and meetings in our hotel.

• Set up and maintain meeting rooms according to sales contracts and company standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of meeting rooms in a timely manner.
• Assist supervisors during large functions and events.
• Break down meeting rooms after events and refresh rooms as needed.

• Prior housekeeping experience is desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, associates, and supervisors.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to meet standards of appearance and assess and meet standards.
