The Plant Manager will take charge of all operational aspects within a newly established facility, which has been in operation for a short period. Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in plant management, particularly in high-speed filling or contract manufacturing settings.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and experience in a food or personal care products manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a lean team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is advantageous but not essential.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to effectively organize and educate the team.
  • Experience in a single-plant location or as a junior manager in a larger organization is preferred.
