Tier1usa is a leading provider of commercial janitorial and building maintenance services. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Janitorial Specialist to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Clean and maintain bank buildings, including offices, conference rooms, break areas, and restrooms.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, empty trash, dust, and stock supplies as needed to provide a clean and safe work environment.

**Work Schedule:**

This is a part-time position working approximately 4-5 hours per night, Monday through Friday.

**Reporting Structure:**

This role reports directly to the Area Manager.

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
