Cadia Healthcare RN Weekend Supervisor Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled RN Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Cadia Healthcare. As a RN Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall clinical care of all residents throughout the facility and ensuring that all care is coordinated and provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, charting, etc. as necessary.
  • Review all staffing for the assigned shift and assure each resident has an assigned nurse/CNA. Review shift PPD and make staffing adjustments as required.
  • Make rounds throughout the facility at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Replace any call offs that are received during the shift.
  • Communicate all events/incidents and resident concerns to DON/ADON. Assist in developing and implementing corrective action when appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state or compact state.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Supervisor in long-term care or healthcare related facilities.
  • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred.
  • Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred.
