Risk Management and Business Compliance Specialist

At Top Tier Reps LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management and Conflicts Attorney to join our team. This role will involve reviewing, analyzing, and resolving complex conflict matters related to business intake and lateral hire onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Review and provide advice on confidential conflict matters, ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures.
- Facilitate communication among attorneys to resolve ethical and business conflicts with diplomacy and discretion.
- Collaborate with the General Counsel and Risk Management team to develop and refine internal risk policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the rules of professional responsibility and strong communication skills to effectively explain complex legal conclusions to attorneys and staff.
Desired Skills and Qualifications- In-depth knowledge of the rules of professional responsibility, including multiple U.S. state and international jurisdictions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with the General Counsel and Risk Management team.
- Advanced understanding of law firm conflicts and the business intake process.
This full-time position offers an estimated salary range of $159,000 - $207,000, depending on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location. Comprehensive benefits include healthcare, life insurance, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, and wellbeing programs.
