## Stylist in Training Role

At SmartStyle, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills as a hairstylist. As a Stylist in Training, you'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic salon environment.

### Key Responsibilities

* Learn the ins and outs of our salon operations and develop your skills in customer service, communication, and teamwork
* Assist senior stylists and managers with daily tasks and responsibilities
* Develop your knowledge of hair cutting, styling, coloring, and other salon services
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment

### Requirements

* Must be willing to learn and take direction from senior stylists and managers
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time

### How to Get Promoted to Stylist

To be considered for promotion to Stylist, you must:

1. Possess a valid cosmetology license in your state of employment
