Are you eager to learn the art of hairstyling and become a skilled stylist? We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Stylist in Training. In this temporary 90-day position, you'll have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of our salon and develop the skills you need to succeed in the industry.

What You'll Do

As a Stylist in Training, you'll be responsible for assisting our experienced stylists and learning the latest techniques and trends. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every client leaves our salon feeling satisfied and looking their best. You'll also have the opportunity to learn about our products and services, and how to effectively communicate with clients to meet their needs.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have a valid cosmetology license and be able to perform the duties of a licensed stylist. You'll also need to be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and be available to travel to mandatory meetings and training sessions. How to Get Promoted to Stylist

To be considered for promotion to Stylist, you'll need to meet the following requirements: 1) possess a valid cosmetology license in your state of employment; 2) have the ability to perform the duties of a licensed stylist, including cutting, styling, coloring, and providing wax treatments; and 3) demonstrate that you practice Regis values of honesty, accountability, integrity, and respect.
