Pharmacy Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Albertsons Companies. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for the financial performance of the pharmacy and will act as the pharmacist-in-charge.

• Deliver patient care services and uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise pharmacy team members.
• Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives to increase profitability.

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified immunizer preferred.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.

The pay for this position is $73.10 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates will vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
