About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Albertsons Companies. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy operations and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Pharmacy Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, including managing staff, inventory, and patient care.
  • Deliver Patient Care: Provide direct patient care services, including medication therapy management and disease state management.
  • Manage Financial Performance: Analyze financial data and develop strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Recruit and Develop Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of pharmacists and technicians to ensure that our pharmacy is staffed with highly skilled and motivated professionals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
  • License: Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
  • Experience: 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
  • Certifications: Certified immunizer preferred
