Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our dynamic team in Binghamton, NY.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is designed for new graduates looking to complete their Clinical Fellowship while working with a dedicated team of educators and therapists. As a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow, you will assess, plan, and deliver individualized speech and language services to students, helping them achieve their communication and academic goals.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to meet each student's unique needs and goals.
  • Provide high-quality therapy sessions in individual and small group settings to support students' progress.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless support and communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, track progress, and adjust therapy plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship and state licensure in New York.
  • Passion for working with school-aged children and commitment to providing exceptional care.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Compensation and Benefits

Estimated annual salary: $65,000 - $80,000 based on experience and qualifications. Competitive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
