We are seeking a skilled Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Quality Talent Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in geriatric and short-term rehabilitation care, with a strong focus on providing exceptional patient care and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical expertise and supervision to nursing staff
• Develop and implement care plans for patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, treatments, and responses
• Administer medications and treatments as needed
Requirements
• Current and good standing RN License in State of New York
• Experience with geriatric and short-term rehabilitation care
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
