Job Title: Registered Nurse

Compass Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Evaluation & Treatment Facility in Mukilteo. As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide direct nursing services to clients and oversee the provision of treatment by program staff to ensure high-quality client care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing services to clients, including administering medications and performing psychological evaluations.
  • Oversee the provision of treatment by program staff, ensuring high-quality client care and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and updates to treatment plans to ensure optimal client outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance treatment outcomes and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Current Washington State RN license.
  • Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) as defined by WAC preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a psychiatric setting preferred.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification and Food Handlers permit, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
