Job Title: Registered Nurse

Compass Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Evaluation & Treatment Facility in Mukilteo. As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide direct nursing services to clients and oversee the provision of treatment by program staff to ensure high-quality client care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing services to clients
  • Oversee the provision of treatment by program staff
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current Washington State RN license
  • Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) as defined by WAC (preferred)
  • Previous experience working in a psychiatric setting (preferred)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification and Food Handlers permit, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
