Bread Financial Payments Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Strategy Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Strategy Team, you will play a critical role in driving profitable decisions for the business and providing monthly forecasts and annual budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and forecast private label and co-brand credit card portfolio performance to support internal partners and leadership.
  • Develop client contract deal structures, promotional pricing, file performance tracking, file automation and maintenance, and ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Present findings and work to all levels of management, utilizing knowledge of databases and Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and solve problems, and develop and provide key financial reporting for the team and internal partners.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent business experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data to all levels of management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
