Essential Qualifications:

  • A current cosmetology license valid in the state.
  • 1-2 years of professional makeup application experience.
  • Experience in the salon industry or relevant knowledge.

  • Availability to work weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) and flexibility during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute makeup applications for clients based on Blo's Signature Makeup Menu, as well as custom applications, including bridal services.
  • Become a product knowledge expert for Glo Skin Beauty, Blo's primary makeup partner, and complete necessary certifications.
  • Engage in valuable ongoing education through Blo's collaboration with Glo Skin Beauty.
  • Have opportunities to provide off-site services, including cross-promotional events and pop-ups.
  • Work in a contemporary and stylish blow dry bar alongside a dedicated team of beauty professionals.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Blo in every interaction with colleagues and clients, embodying the Blo Hearts You philosophy to ensure everyone feels valued.
