Hillcrest Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospice Nurse to join our team. As a Hospice Nurse, you will provide direct patient care services Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic, compassionate, and skilled end-of-life care to patients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with the hospice team to deliver high-quality care and services.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- RN licensed in the state of Nebraska or with Compact State.
- Valid state driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Average to above-average computer skills.
- Must be compassionate and able to work independently.
