Land Planning Manager Role

About the Job

RogueSearch is seeking a highly skilled Land Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our land development team, you will be responsible for managing land projects through the entitlement process to achieve scheduled milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day activities of project due diligence, feasibility budgets and schedules, planning and entitlement, and budgeting activities.
  • Assign and manage due diligence projects for designated business unit or geographic area.
  • Coordinate project management activities with Division VP and the Operations Team to facilitate timely project start-up.
  • Manage all land development budget activities.
  • Monitor vital document compliance.
  • Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate staff.
  • Manage HOA activities for assigned projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License as driving is an essential function of this position.
  • Minimum 3 years previous related experience.
