Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Mold Detailer to join our team in Sweetwater, TN or Merritt Island, FL. This critical position requires attention to detail and excellent skills in working with fiberglass materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks under time-sensitive deadlines
• Identify and correct imperfections in gel-coat finishes
• Sand/Buff areas as needed
• Repair fiberglass molds and tooling using specialized techniques and equipment
• Utilize hand tools, including gel-coat spray equipment, drill, buffer, die grinder, polishing compounds, and orbital sanders

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Must be able to wear proper safety equipment when necessary
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Experienced working with Fiberglass
• Experienced working with hand and power tools
• Able to squat, climb, bend, etc., as needed
• Experience using an Orbital Sander

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience repairing boat molds
• Experience working in a fiberglass manufacturing facility

Benefits and Salary:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401K plan, paid holidays, paid time off, and an incentive plan.
