Walgreens is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist (Full or Part Time) to join our team in Crestview, FL. As a key member of our retail pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and patient outcomes services.
- Dispense medications and ensure accurate processing of insurance claims.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and medical offices to clarify prescribed medications, dosages, refills, interactions, and allergies.
- Participate in community outreach activities to promote the pharmacy business and enhance growth opportunities.
- Assist with staff hiring and training, and provide coaching and constructive feedback to team members.
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
- At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance.
Walgreens offers a competitive salary range of $52.00 per hour - $74.80 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
