The Opportunity

We are seeking an Insurance Producer to join our dynamic team. As an Insurance Producer, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and develop tailored insurance solutions to meet their unique needs. You will be responsible for generating new business and cultivating relationships with potential clients, as well as conducting client needs assessments and analyzing their insurance requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct client needs assessments and analyze their insurance requirements.
  • Develop personalized insurance proposals and negotiate and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and industry regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Active listening, respect, empathy, and the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
  • Sales and negotiation skills.

License Qualifications
