Job Summary

The Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a highly skilled Contract Auditor Analyst to provide support to Graduate Medical Education. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract administration and management, with the ability to prepare legal documents, maintain records, conduct research, and manage projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other relevant materials pertaining to GME transactions, compliance, and corporate governance.
  • Ensure GME is informed about and adheres to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Assist with compliance assessments and audits.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Manage all contract management projects and provide team updates on key projects.
  • Attend relevant meetings as necessary.
  • Conduct audits and reviews of implemented contracts and other legal documents to ensure FMV rates are updated as necessary.
  • Work with GME staff and leadership to request and process new faculty contract requests, program letter of agreements, and other agreements.
  • Work with GME staff and leadership to maintain timesheets, times studies, and all GME-related faculty payment issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal certificate/degree.
  • Two (2) years of experience in contract administration, contract management with a bachelor's degree in an applicable field and/or paralegal certificate/degree, or six (6) years of administrative experience within NGHS.
