- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing assistants to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Active CPR certification.
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.

- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and stand/walk for extended periods.
