We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Planner to join our team at Jobot. As an Electrical Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling all electrical maintenance work in the South Ingot and Can Reclamation Departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and schedule electrical maintenance work to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Act as liaison between production, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Perform data entry, maintain records, and documentation, and order supplies to support production and maintenance departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain electrical maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical maintenance planning and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Extensive working knowledge of ORACLE eAM or equivalent maintenance software.
  • Strong computer skills, including maintenance software, and ability to quickly learn new applications.
  • Working knowledge of Primavera or Microsoft Project scheduling software or equivalent.
