About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, greeting and assisting customers in a welcoming and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally\r
  • Assist customers with directions and provide information about our facilities\r
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, reporting any maintenance issues or concerns\r
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and a positive experience for all\r

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer service experience preferred\r
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups\r
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously\r
  • Familiarity with parking industry practices and procedures an asset\r
