Cayuga Health System is seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to lead our Behavioral Services Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the unit, providing supervision and support for nursing and ancillary services.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support nursing and ancillary staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement programs to evaluate the efficacy of treatment and promote a spirit of inquiry and continuous quality improvement.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with accrediting and regulatory agencies.
- Provide programmatic leadership of the clinical component of assigned areas to ensure quality patient care outcomes.
- Develop and implement goals, standards, policies, educational programs, procedures, and practices of clinical care in alignment with the strategic plan.
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- A Master's degree preferred (MSN, MBA, MHA, or leadership-focused).
- RN License in the State of New York.
- 2 years of experience in the specialty area.
- Previous nurse manager or assistant nurse manager experience.
Onsite at Cayuga Medical Center.
Compensation:$95,000 to $115,000 Annual.
