Job Title: Group Home Operations Lead

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Group Home Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of our residential programs. This role involves managing program finances, medical aspects, and maintenance requirements. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

About the Role:
The Group Home Operations Lead will work closely with staff to implement individualized plans and provide coaching on best practices. They will also monitor program finances, medical aspects, and maintenance requirements, addressing any issues that arise.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage program finances, medical aspects, and maintenance requirements.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance on program implementation and individual goals.
- Collaborate with site designees to address operational and financial concerns.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field or related area.
- At least 2 years of experience in management, preferably in developmental disability services.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).
