Role Summary:

As a Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in facilitating a seamless and positive experience. Your duties will encompass managing front desk activities, coordinating treatment plans, and offering support to both patients and our clinical staff.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist patients with a friendly and inviting attitude.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
  • Verify patient insurance information accurately.
  • Process insurance claims and monitor their statuses.
  • Prepare and present treatment plans to patients and their families.
  • Complete and manage treatment agreements.
  • Handle patient payments with precision.
  • Maintain accurate patient account records.
  • Ensure proper documentation of patient records.
  • Manage communications via phone, email, and other channels professionally.
  • Keep the front desk area organized and tidy.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred experience in front desk operations or treatment coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Dependable, responsible, and positive attitude.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Work Environment:
