Key Duties:
- Facilitate initial consultations with clients to evaluate their estate planning objectives.
- Prepare, examine, and finalize essential estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
- Provide guidance to clients on methods for asset protection, tax strategies, and wealth transfer.
- Advocate for clients in probate and trust administration processes.
- Keep abreast of changes in estate planning legislation and inform clients as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
