Job Description

As an Auto Service Advisor, you will meet with customers to determine their needs for vehicle repair or services. You will monitor the progress of each car throughout the day and update customers frequently. Your customer service skills will shine through in all your interactions with others as you build customer relations and great rapport.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing technicians working on customer vehicles
  • Tracking time management, efficiency, parts ordering, and job completion times
  • Increasing profitability through sales and retail promotion
  • Participating in quality control and documenting standard operating procedures

We offer a competitive pay of $50,000 - $80,000 per year, as well as amazing benefits, including 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with match, paid vacation, and one of the most competitive pay plans in the area.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year of experience in automotive service advising
  • Service advisor, customer satisfaction, and quality control skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
