Job Title: Hospice Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at a reputable Hospice organization in Savannah, GA.

About the Role:

  • Maintain a case load of approximately 20 patients
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Georgia
  • Full-time position with on-call rotation
  • 1 year of Hospice or Palliative Care experience preferred
