Job Summary:
As a seasoned Construction Superintendent, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects in the Nashville market. You will manage a team of experienced construction professionals and coordinate with subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of running projects from start to finish. Experience with interior construction, restaurant build-outs, office, and retail construction is essential. Additionally, the successful applicant should be familiar with safety protocols and procedures.
