Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a diverse range of engaging activities that cater to the mental, physical, spiritual, and social needs of residents, ensuring they remain active participants in the community.
- Develop and enhance Volunteer Programs to integrate external volunteers into our activities, while also encouraging residents to contribute to the community.
- Organize and coordinate entertainment schedules.
- Oversee the activities team, including managing transportation logistics.
- A genuine passion for supporting seniors.
- A commitment to fostering a positive environment for residents, families, and team members.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Creativity and the ability to inspire residents to engage in daily activities.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a degree or relevant experience is preferred.
- A valid driver's license in the state of employment is necessary.
