Outpatient Imaging Affiliates is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated MRI Technologist Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our remote scanning team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our imaging services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Remote MRI Technologist in performing high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of patients before, during, and after MRI procedures.
- Facilitate patient flow to minimize wait times and maximize resource utilization.
- Administer MR contrast agents as prescribed by the ordering physician and identify adverse reactions.
- Transport patients to and from the MR suite and provide proper patient communication throughout the examination.
- BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
- EMT, Paramedic, or patient care experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
