Job Summary

Outpatient Imaging Affiliates is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated MRI Technologist Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our remote scanning team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our imaging services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Remote MRI Technologist in performing high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
  • Ensure the comfort and safety of patients before, during, and after MRI procedures.
  • Facilitate patient flow to minimize wait times and maximize resource utilization.
  • Administer MR contrast agents as prescribed by the ordering physician and identify adverse reactions.
  • Transport patients to and from the MR suite and provide proper patient communication throughout the examination.
Requirements
  • BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
  • EMT, Paramedic, or patient care experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
