Job Summary
Vibrant Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Patient Care Associate to join our team. As a critical part of our patient-centered medical home, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities
• Assist patients during the intake process

Requirements
• Graduation from an accredited Certified Nurse's Aid Program
• Active CNA license in the state of Kansas
