**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Patient Transportation Partner to join our team at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital.

**Estimated Salary:** $43,000 - $52,000 per year.

**Job Description:**

In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting patients, charts, equipment, and items throughout the hospital and clinic areas. You will work under the close direction of the Support Services management team to ensure seamless patient care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Transport patients, charts, equipment, and items within the hospital and clinic areas.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and unit-care data as per HIPAA regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Utilize technology associated with transport management software to process work requests.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • Effective communication skills in person and over the telephone.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Physical ability to lift and move equipment and patients (after initial training).
  • Willingness to pass all pre-employment requirements.
