We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Central Hospital For Animals. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and patients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, checking in and out clients, and processing payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for clients and patients.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- 1+ year of experience in a veterinary reception or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and veterinarians.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in scheduling software and other administrative tools.
