Salary Range: $21 - $26 per hour

Brilliant Christmas Lights, LLC is a premier provider of festive lighting solutions in Colorado, currently expanding our operations. We are seeking experienced individuals to fill the role of Crew Supervisor, responsible for overseeing installation teams at various locations.

This position offers the potential to earn over $1000 weekly, with an additional $500 bonus for qualified candidates. The role requires a blend of customer service, physical labor, and effective teamwork. Applicants must possess at least two years of leadership experience, although training will be provided to ensure success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage installation teams for residential and commercial properties.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and project execution.
  • Maintain safety protocols while working in various weather conditions and heights.

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, with most Sundays off.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in cold weather.
  • Must possess a smartphone for communication.
