Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on building and equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems, to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Enter Work into Computer System: Accurately enter work performed into the computer maintenance system to track and analyze maintenance activities.
  • Preventative and Predictive Maintenance: Perform preventative and predictive maintenance tasks to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Troubleshoot and Repair Complex Systems: Use advanced troubleshooting skills to identify and repair complex systems and equipment.
  • Provide Guidance and Training: Provide guidance and training to junior maintenance staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Mechanical and Electrical Aptitude: Possess a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and the ability to apply this knowledge to perform maintenance and repairs.
  • Schematic and Blueprint Reading: Be able to read and interpret schematics and blueprints to diagnose and repair complex systems.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Be willing to work flexible hours and be adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Tool Ownership: Possess a set of basic tools and be willing to invest in additional tools as needed.
  • Dexterity and Physical Ability: Possess the physical ability and dexterity to perform maintenance and repairs in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve maintenance and repair goals.
