Cosmetology Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cosmetology Educator to join our team at Paul Mitchell Schools.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating and motivating Future Professionals in their technical and guest service skills, and for creating extraordinary learning experiences in the classroom and clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans and training programs
- Mentor and coach Future Professionals in their technical and guest service skills
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements:
- Current cosmetology instructor license
- Experience in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment
- Passion for the beauty industry
- Honesty and professionalism
