Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cosmetology Educator to join our team at Paul Mitchell Schools.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating and motivating Future Professionals in their technical and guest service skills, and for creating extraordinary learning experiences in the classroom and clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans and training programs
  • Mentor and coach Future Professionals in their technical and guest service skills
  • Create a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

  • Current cosmetology instructor license
  • Experience in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment
  • Passion for the beauty industry
  • Honesty and professionalism
