About the Role:

"Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical limitations, and personal preferences
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

"Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the United States
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership or education role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
